Job Description

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Monitoring of work queues and follow up of documentation
  • Open files upon receipt of title order from the customer
  • Order title examination
  • Manage and track title orders ensuring all title partners are adhering to their SLA
  • Obtaining tax information from local municipalities
  • Obtaining mortgage payoff statements from various lenders
  • Word processing and data entry
  • Professional interaction with third-party vendors
  • Forward necessary forms and supporting documentation to vendors
  • Professional interaction with third-party vendors including municipal tax collectors and lending institutions
  • Raising any process or systemic issues accordingly
  • Assist team members in all other functions as assigned by management
  • Comply with all security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of customer NPPI (Non-public personal information), the company’s information and assets. 
  • Responsible to report any security incident, violation or act of non-compliance with the company’s security policies and procedures to managers.



Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Strong keyboarding/data entry skills (accuracy and speed)
Ability to manage multiple open computer applications and/or screens at one time
Ability to work independently and effectively with minor supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
Ability to stay focused and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily task and process deadlines
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to cross-train and change responsibilities


Minimum Requirements:

1-year previous customer service experience/office environment preferred
Basic computer knowledge including word processing and data entry skills required (Microsoft product experience preferred i.e. MSWord, Excel, Access)
